In the early morning hours of November 30, 2015 (Monday) there was a hard drive crash in the primary cue server in New York that affected all shows that are relayed through this facility. Tony & Kris as well as Lex & Terry were affected. The first three hours of HardDriveXL, and the first hour of of Party Playhouse and Nights with Alice Cooper.

During that time, NO CUES WERE SENT on the shows listed above. By 8 PM Monday night we had full cue service again and has been good since that time.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our affiliate reps were alerted of the problem and should have been able to answer any question that you may have had.

This morning, 10/27/14, the Tony & Kris studio experienced a serious audio automation malfunction which rendered the operation unavailable. All affiliates were advised to play alternate programming. We are currently working on a solution for this system or a workaround for Tuesday’s show. We appreciate you understanding during this emergency and United Stations is taking action to insure a backup solution should something of this nature occur in the future.

That time of year again. Fall sun outages for XDS receivers are in full swing. You can check the local times for your facility using the calculator link here. Enter AMC-8 and you local time zon and information to get specific times. Remember, most outages occur for around 5 minutes at peak and NO RECEPTION will be received by your XDS receiver during that time.
